How to order your portrait?

1.  Send your picture and inquiry through e-mail first , to nichportrait@yahoo.com
2.  We will send you a ryply with complete details about your orders including our suggestion to your portrait, then you can proceed to payment options on PRICE PAGE 1) International Rates 2) Local Rares option (for local clients in the Philippines or OFW only)
3.  50% of the total amount of the commissioned work will be collected from the client before we start the project.See our PAYMENT OPTIONS (PAYPAL,WESTERN UNION,BANCO DE ORO,UNION BANK-bank deposit) .
4.  After we received your deposit, your picture or reference photo, including the details of your order like your name,size,medium and subject will be posted here at ordering page( see lower part of this page)labaled as NEXT IN LINE!
5.  All orders are without frame.
6.  Full payment must be completed upon approval of the ARTWORK prior to shipment.

7.  We will give you milestones of the artwork through e-mail or you can simply visit this website page http://www.nichportrait.com/Ordering.htm instead.this will also serve as your security that we received your order,if so happen that your picture doesn't appear at "VIEW!CURRENT ORDERS IN LINE AND PROGRESS"(lower part of this page)it means we're processing it! Delayed posting after 24 hours? Kindly email me about it.Also pls. read our terms and conditions about this related issues.
8. The whole process will be posted here (from "next in line" to "FINISHED ARTWORK") aside from email from us with attached photo in jpeg format files of the finished artwork.
9.  Any alteration or change in details is free of charge.

To assure you that you will receive the artwork with full satisfaction, you can view the artwork progress here at lower part of this page.Also we will send a photo of the milestones of the artwork through email, so that before we ship the finished artwork, you already have the idea of how the portrait look like. We'll make it sure that your satisfied before we send the actual work to you. In case your not satisfied with the finish artwork, we're willing to retouch or redo it for a new one, though that would be the least that we can do. That means a maximum of two artwork, either one of those portraits or caricature will be send , whichever you like the most. Now if the worst thing happen that both of the artworks still doesn't satisfy you, (of course we dont want it to happen, we certainly hope not), only 20% of the initial deposit will be refundable,incase you paid in full pament,you'll have 60% refund.On refund,the remaining percentage of your payment will serve as a part of cost of our production and operation expenses. On a group or bulk order ,No refund here ( like events and company give aways), we'll do the best that we can , although retouch or alteration is the least that we can offer, in case there is a problem on a certain subject. A longer due date will be set. Always place your order in advance.
   
   
4. Once the artwork has been sent via FEDEX, DHL(LBC and others for LOCAL), or any other courier, that means artwork has been approved by the client with full satisfaction.
   
   
5.  We will accept clear pictures only, clarity of the picture is important in detailing the artwork. If you will send us a blurd picture or old damage picture, additional charge will be discussed and we cant't guarantee the likeness, but still we can retouch it if you insist,but twice only.Also NO REFUND if you send a blurd and damage reference photo.

1. As a general rule, all transactions will be processed online and receive your portrait by shipping, however there are selected shop or individual that we authorized to take or accept orders in behalf of this site, they are our partners or sales agents. But be sure to verify your order at this site, as I've said on "How To Order a Portrait" any delay of posting of your picture or order here at this page, just email me about this. In case your order doesn't reach us because of some reasons ,wait for posting within 24 hours or next day. But if the reason are:
2. 1. you give a deposit or photo to a certain shop or individual that are not connected with us, we will not be liable in any loss or damages caused by this kind of transaction, so please verify first.
3. 2. Bank or Debit transfer or fund transfer of payment doesn't comply with our payment system,or failure of their own system,so please check it first.
4. 3. Anavoidable circumstances like natural calamities that causes loss of internet connections,communications or any problem related to that ,on this matter please bear with us.
5. 4 An artist or individual connected or not connected to us perform an anauthorized direct or indirect transactions with you, we are not liable of the result or loss and damages caused by this kind of transactions. Please report it to us by sending us an email. And last we will never authorize an artist connected or not connected with us to use this site for his/her own purpose, whatever it maybe.
